DAILY DETOXIFYING YOGA
You will practice grounding, powerful yoga every day with either Kimi Rae or Sami Lea.

SLOW & STEADY YOGA
In addition to an invigorating practice, you’ll also be offered a gentle class almost every day in addition, from a cooling yin class, a deep slow flow, a calming group guided meditation, or a silent beach walk, we will fill your days with the option to stay moving, while you disconnect.

FRESH, LOCAL, & HEALTHY MEALS
We will include TWO hearty and healthy meals daily. There will be several options to explore away from the villa, and also opportunity to stock up on any groceries. As always, we will do our very best to provide top-notch local ingredients to serve all palettes and dietary needs.

SURFING LESSON
We will include one organized group surf lesson, and the option for people to schedule additional lessons, or rent boards when we head to the beach.

DAILY CONCIERGE
While certain activities you may want to participate in won’t be on the itinerary, we have a trusted and reliable concierge service that we work with to organize all the adventures you desire –from a spa day, to horseback riding on the beach, to a sunset catamaran cruise –we will make the arrangements for your adventures.

About Casa Brisas Del Mar

This beautiful newly built eco-modern style luxury home called Casa Brisas Del Mar is on a huge private lot in the secure Montanas de Conchal gated community. Incredible ocean views from every room on every level. Tropical landscaped gardens, an infinity pool, & indoor/outdoor eco-luxury makes relaxing easy. Modern amenities aren’t spared as there’s a glorious kitchen & 6.5 decadent bathrooms. 

About Playa Conchal

While we are nestled up in our private villa, there is still a lot to explore in close vicinity! A short 10-12 minute walk to Playa Conchal (Puerto Viejo), a short drive to Pirate’s Bay and Playa Minas, and Tamarindo and Playa Grande are located 15 to 20 minutes away by car. Tamarindo is the place to go for nightlife. If you are staying longer, check out Nosara on the beach or Arenal to see the volcano!

Meet Kimi Rae

Hi y’all! My name is Kimi Rae. I grew up a bun head dancing my way through school because the books were a bore. I had deep passion for self expression and movement as a child and as I matured Yoga became my outlet for all things right. My most important job is a mama, a yoga-mama, that is. I am a hustler. Whether I am juggling my 3 vivacious boys or dealing YOGA locally, I am on the go, always. I have learned the importance of unplugging and my greatest gift is sharing my love and knowledge of Yoga with others. I am the teacher trainer ERYT 200 YOGA ALLIANCE at Yogaja Yoga and I ran my own studio called, TONIC for 3 years. I am the Yoga Ambassador for Wingate Wyndham Hotels. I am certified in Power Vinyasa RYT, Prenatal, Pilates CPT, ACE, Barre, Reiki, and I am constantly continuing my education on the practice. I believe I am always a student and my greatest teachers are my children and yoga students. I am innately a lover, a giver, and healer. I am blessed beyond measure and wiser from my lessons in life. I truly believe we are all perfectly imperfect. Traveling and Yoga are my two favorite things…and Sami is my favorite yogi… together we have created our dream retreat and are honored to share it with you!

Meet Sami Lea

Sami is a yoga teacher and professional based in Boulder, CO. Sami has been practicing yoga for fifteen years. She turned to yoga to find pain relief after two major surgeries; but as she grew and sustained her practice through life’s ups and downs, Sami learned that yoga was more than a tool for physical healing, it was a life-saver.  Sami was 200hr RYT certified in 2010 at Breath and Body Yoga, has an additional 200hr RYT certification with Baron Baptiste, and over 200 additional hours of training. Sami graced the cover of Colorado Yoga Magazine in the summer of 2015 and has been featured in various national yoga and wellness publications. In 2014, Sami was selected to teach yoga at The White House as part of the annual Easter Egg Hunt. Out of the studio, Sami has served as a creative director and brand strategist for Yoga + Life Magazine, Time to Yoga, Origin Magazine, Mantra Magazine, Baptiste Institute, and more.
